(More customer reviews)Years ago, a printer tech recommended we replace one of our HP printers because the JetDirect card had failed. He made it sound like a complicated, expensive repair. I wish I had done then the research I did this year when another printer of the same model had the same problem. Turns out replacing the JetDirect card is astonishingly simple. The card sits in a slot accessible from the back of the printer. You don't even need to open the case. Two screws. Old card out, new card in, replace screws, done. Printer good as new. The replacement part is perfect.
